Life is a little topsy turvy right now. We miss hugging our friends and going to the beach. But in the meantime, we're making the most of our time at home. Here are some fun ways to live the #surfeatnap life at home!

Have a pool party in your backyard with your family or even your dog! Maybe not your cat because they might pop a hole in your pool.

If it's too cold for an inflatable pool where you live, fill up a warm bubble bath in the middle of the day and hop in with your swimsuit on!

You could even blow up your inflatable pool and fill it with some toys or play pit balls and play some beachy scenery on your TV!

Try a new recipe and have lots of fun in the kitchen! Check out our EAT board on Pinterest for tons of kid-friendly snacks. We love to experiment with smoothies, making faces on food, and just letting kids get creative with meal time!

Find a sunny spot in your backyard, on your balcony, or even on your living room floor, throw down a beach blanket or beach towel and catch some rays while catching some Zs. Don't forget to wear sunscreen! Vitamin D is good, sunburns are bad.

If you're looking for even more fun ways to keep your kids entertained, check out our Instagram this week for some fun Instagram live activities with our friends! We have live music from Victoria Bailey aka Little Folk Club, an "underwater" yoga flow with our friend Missy and her daughter Olive, and a kid-friendly smoothie recipe with our friend Amber and her son Lucien! It's going to be tons of fun!
