SHIPPING + RETURNS
- We ship via USPS or UPS depending on your choice at checkout.
- Please allow approximately 3 days for your package to ship.
- If you need your package guaranteed by a certain date, please email us before you make your purchase so that we can confirm the request.
- We do our best to avoid customs charges, but the customer is responsible for any charges that are required by customs once your package arrives in your country.
- After an order has been delivered to the correct shipping address, we cannot be held responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- We ship via UPS or USPS Priority Mail, which includes $50 of insurance and tracking. If your package is lost, please email us at email@example.com and we will do everything we can to assist you. If you would like to purchase additional insurance, please email us.
- We can not be held responsible for packages once your tracking shows the package has been delivered but you can file a claim with USPS or UPS directly.
- If you have an account, you can login here to access self-service returns.
- If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please email us within 7 days of receiving your item and we can determine if you are eligible for a refund in the form of STORE CREDIT.
- We only accept returns or exchanges purchased at www.seaestasurf.com
- Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a detailed description of what you want to return or exchange plus your order number and we will get back to you within 24 hours. Please do not send your package back without confirmation from us.
- We suggest you insure the package via USPS, UPS or FedEx and purchase tracking services for your protection and save the shipping receipt for your records as we can only process returned merchandise we have received.
- Please include your order confirmation email or packing slip with return or exchange.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging with protective guards and hang tags untouched/still attached.
- Please allow 10 to 12 business days for us to receive and process your return or exchange.
- You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will be provided to you in the form of a gift card.
- All sale items are FINAL SALE.
- Gift cards or store credits are non-returnable.
- Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of the order receipt for merchandise purchased at full retail price.
- Specify the exchange item in your email and send to email@example.com and also include this information in your return package.
- Availability of the replacement item is not guaranteed. You will receive an e-mail notification upon the completion of the exchange processing.
- Exchange shipping is included for domestic orders only.

- Our refund policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
