My son is 5.5 yrs old and wears a 5 in regular clothing but is growing into a 6 so we went with a size 6 in swim shorts and they fit perfect! These swim shorts are so cute and are made very well so I know they will last a long time. His wore his last couple of pairs (size 5) for at least 2 years to swim in and as play shorts all year and they still look great. 10 out of 10 highly recommend
Very stylish! Size up these run a bit tight on the waits and back
I first bought these boardies in green camo for my son in a size 2t that he wore up until last year when he was 5! My son does run on the smaller side but for him Seaesta surf runs true to size. I’ve only recently removed his old green camp calico crab boardies from his closet because they’ve gotten too short for him. I also bought the matching men’s pair for my husband and they got a ton of compliments! I wanted to replace my sons board shorts with a similar pair but not the exact same and so I bought these. They look so cool on my 6 year old. I love that he can wear the board shorts as both shorts and swim trunks and I know from past experiences, he will wear them for many years to come.
