Shipping Policy

Processing and Shipping Times

All domestic orders are processed within 3 business days after payment is received. Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number. Processing times may be slightly longer during peak seasons or promotional periods.

Domestic Shipping

We ship within the United States through USPS and UPS. Delivery timelines are determined by the carrier and the shipping method selected at checkout.
Free standard U.S. shipping is available for orders over $150 before tax.

International Shipping

International shipping is available to select countries. Customers are responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees required by their country. These fees are not included in the order total at checkout. Shipping times vary by destination and may be affected by customs processing times.
Seaesta Surf is not responsible for international packages once they are marked delivered or for delays that occur due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

If your package is marked delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier directly first to initiate a claim. You can also reach out to us at hey@seaestasurf.com and we will assist where possible.
Seaesta Surf is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after they are marked delivered by the carrier.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately after placing your order. We may not be able to make changes once the order has been processed or shipped.

Wholesale Orders

Wholesale shipping timelines may differ from standard retail orders. Estimated ship dates will be shared when wholesale orders are confirmed.
